District and Firm may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”. RECITALS A. WHEREAS, District issued Request for Proposals No. 2023-1015 for LEA Medi-Cal Billing Option Program Administrator Services (“Services”) on April 26, 2023 (“RFP”); and B. WHEREAS, the RFP stated that “The District intends to award a contract to one firm to act in the capacity of the District’s LEA Medi-Cal Billing Option Program Administrator. The Agreement will be awarded for three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms (Fiscal Years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028)”; and C. WHEREAS, the District selected LDP dba Leader Services (“Firm”) to provide the Services pursuant to the RFP; and D....
