The District and Contractor may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” 1. SERVICES. Contractor shall perform the following services (“Services”): Provide equity-focused consulting, leadership development, coaching, and professional learning services primarily for school districts, and education agencies. The work is centered on improving educational systems and creating equitable learning environments for students as further described in Exhibit “B”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (“Services” or “Work”). 2. LOCATION. District-wide. 3. COMPENSATION.
